Prayers for Ukraine

Since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, I have been making icons using the image of Our Lady of Kyiv overlaying images of war as a monthly meditation and prayers for Ukraine. The original icon is revered by both the people of Russia and Ukraine. Some of the pieces are interactive inviting the viewers to participate in recreating it as they meditate with these images such as the piece title: Sunflower For the Children of Ukraine.
