A mandala, which means “circle” in Sanskrit, is a work of art composed of various geometric designs (usually circular) symbolizing the universe; it is used chiefly in different spiritual practices as an aid to meditation.
I created this mandala series from digital images of everyday botanical elements around me such as palm trees, cacti, and flowers.
Choose a mandala that you are drawn to, that “feels right,” or makes you feel serene, or empowered. There is no right or wrong choice; however, using your intuitive sense is the best way of finding and working with a mandala that will be beneficial to you.
